The IWG Leadership Team and Board of Directors are committed to promoting an open and accountable culture where employees have the right to ‘Speak up'. Employees can express concerns in the knowledge they are taken seriously without fear of discrimination, retaliation or reprisal.
Ethics Point
If an employee feels unable to discuss their concern with local or regional management, or they wish to raise a concern independently of local management, they can use the IWG “Right to Speak” facility, EthicsPoint.
Any communication with an EthicsPoint Representative or with those conducting an internal IWG investigation, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All concerns raised are investigated promptly, impartially, and independently of the business.
Grievance Process
IWG operates a separate Grievance Policy to enable employees to report issues in the workplace. All employees in the IWG group are entitled to a safe working environment where everyone is treated with fairness, dignity and respect. Our Global Grievance Policy provides a framework to ensure that all employees have access to an effective internal procedure for the handling of issues and concerns, fairly and promptly.
IWG recognises that the formal grievance procedure can be a stressful and upsetting experience for all parties involved. IWG does not tolerate abusive or insulting behaviour from anyone taking part in or conducting grievance procedures and treats any such behaviour as misconduct under the disciplinary procedure.
Corrective Actions
All concerns raised are treated confidentially and investigated promptly, professionally, and fairly, with appropriate reporting of outcomes. Any individual who raises a concern in good faith is protected from reprisals or other negative consequences. Retaliation or victimisation against anyone who makes a disclosure is not tolerated.
Adherence with this statement and connected policies is essential to protect staff, uphold trust, and ensure the organisation operates to the highest standards.
